The European Loyalty Association is a regional association, part of the Global Loyalty Organisation, dedicated to fostering collaboration and best practices within the loyalty and rewards industry across Europe as part of the Global Loyalty Organisation network of members with a primary focus on creating deeper regional partnerships, platforms and debates for businesses, professionals, and industry leaders to share insights and strategies for enhancing customer loyalty through innovative programs and technologies. The association aims to strengthen relationships between companies and their customers by promoting new innovative solutions, exchange of loyalty insights, and sustainable loyalty practices, such as personalised rewards, data-driven solutions, and ethical marketing approaches through news coverage, research,  surveys, events, conferences, workshops, and mentoring initiatives. â€‹â€‹
