The European Loyalty Association is a regional association of companies and professionals specialising in loyalty, rewards, and CX and is part of the Global Loyalty Organisation (www.globalloyalty.org).

The European Loyalty Association is a regional association, part of the Global Loyalty Organisation, dedicated to fostering collaboration and best practices within the loyalty and rewards industry across Europe as part of the Global Loyalty Organisation network of members with a primary focus on creating more deep-dive regional partnerships, platforms and debates for businesses, professionals, and industry leaders to share insights and strategies for enhancing customer loyalty through innovative programs and technologies. The association aims to strengthen relationships between companies and their customers by promoting new innovative solutions, exchange of loyalty insights, and sustainable loyalty practices, such as personalised rewards, data-driven solutions, and ethical marketing approaches through news coverage, research and surveys, events, conferences, workshops, and mentoring initiatives.

Global Loyalty Association is a global independent body for loyalty, rewards and customer engagement professionals. We bring together specialists in loyalty products, payment solutions, technology, innovation and ESG across multiple industries including travel, hospitality, retail, media, technology, etc.

We advocate for a deeper and more integrated loyalty industry to serve the needs of companies & customers and support economic growth both on global and regional basis.

Our board and advisory councils are designed to include senior leaders with extensive experience in loyalty products, services, consumer marketing and advertising, the consumer journey and loyalty innovation.
